Love - With A Challenge

There are people you love - and then there are "PEOPLE" you love!  Del, my husband - is one of those people!  With Valentines Day coming up -I thought I share with you some Love related projects for you to get inspiration from!!!   Del and I met when we both "needed" each other a lot, but neither one of us wanted to admit it!  The song is called The One by Gary Allen - and the moment I heard it, I knew it would always be for us!   So, your challenge...is to do a layout of you and your significant other!  If you already have one - use it as inspiration for a new layout - mine will be titled 10 years later!   I will still use hearts, but other than that - will be completely different than this one is!  Celebrate those you love, those that are in your life!  I am so glad that I met this man, through the good the bad, and the ugly!!!  Love is a powerful thing, love is what makes the world go round...to love an...

Monthly Reminder Post

It's past that time - reminding you to get started on projects for the next few weeks!  Do you have any weddings, showers, babies coming, birthdays, Valentines Day is coming up, what about school events or parties...  Start to look at your calendar for things you need to take care of until the end of February!!!!   I am actually really proud of myself - in spite of a few things going on in my life this month, I am doing pretty good at getting stuff going for the things in my life I have going on!  The one thing I am behind on, is making the "thinking of you" cards - but everything else is getting made!   So - make sure to look at all the things you need to get done or planned - and if you are really energetic, check out March too!  Since February is a short month, you might want to glance at things, and maybe get started in purchasing stuff you might need for projects!   Thanks for stopping by, Lynda Jeffs Memories in Tyme

Randomness

Growing up - and when I lived closer to family, we would spend every holiday "as a family".  It didn't matter what it was - from Christmas to Easter to summertime barbeques - we did it!  Then life happened, attitudes happened - and I pretty much "left the family" you might say.  I still talk to a few of my family members, but I'm not near as close as I was when I was younger - LBK (life before kids).  Now, I don't do the whole "family" event kind of thing, so my layouts and projects will reflect that.  Plus you can go to multiple sites and get "exact" project ideas...I like to give you more broader challenges to get your creativity sparked!   I am glad this year is almost done...it's been a challenging one, but that's what happens when you have to rebuild your life!  I look back on my posts - (or lack thereof) and see how tired I have been!  I have had no energy to create for anyone...or for any reason, just way too much goin...

Christmas Challenge - Week 3

Christmas Paper Bag Album Hello everyone!  I am really excited to bring you these challenges each week, as it will get us that much closer to January when we actually start to work on the projects!   How are you doing so far?  Are you completing the other challenges - do you know what you are going to do yet?   Don't worry if your layouts turn in to an entire album, you do take a lot of pictures of events through the month!  Just decide what will work best for YOU and your personal style!   Start small if you are just learning how to create!  Don't overwhelm yourself thinking you have to have a "perfect" finished project - when you are just starting out!   When you are just starting out, working on Christmas photos - in which you end up having a lot - and you do it year after year, is one of the best things to help you learn!   Use what you have first before you go shopping!  Try to print off freebies off the inte...
