I am not typically a "Halloween" person - my husband, well - he would love to decorate the house and make things all festive if we could!!!  He loves the date - I hate it thanks to my family growing up, one of the links below will tell you the whole s tory !!!   The Creative Paperclay design team has a page full of Halloween ideas that you can check out in the link here , my project is listed here for the design team (parts of the idea above) - and the entire project (pictured above) is listed here for you to check out the intricate pieces and get the link for the other projects on the hop I participated in!!! I have been on the Creative Paperclay Design Team for about 3 years now!!!  I love to create new projects - one of a kind things, just like my scrapbooking and paper crafting is!  I have gotten a ton of ideas from the design team I want to try out...and try to give back as they have given to me!  Most of them do more intricate projects, I use this more for paper crafting and things like that! However today's project - took a few days to create, but I am happy with the end results!  I love to bake - my husband loves to cook!  When I end up baking - I have the recipe card looking like it went through the wringer by the time I am done!  And notes - things I need to do...supplies we need, coupons - lost through it all!!!  So, I ended up creating a place where I can hang my recipe cards on, and keep track of all those supplies!!!  Next up - I am sure I will end up creating something to keep my coupons in until I go shopping!   I have instruc...

Creative Paperclay can be such a fun product to use, especially if you have paper crafting products - and an imagination!  I have made magnets with Creative Paperclay, stamps, and paint!  I have used my alphabet templates to create personalized front covers for my paper bag albums!  I have used it to make a box to put my crafting stuff in as well as my bathroom stuff!  I have used it to make flowers out of molds - and a fun Halloween set!  I really love how you can use this in so many different ways - just add a bit of imagination and fun!  Check out the Creative Paperclay design team blog for a great tip re-purposing and recycling things with Creative Paperclay! If you missed the first part of the blog post, you can check out the directions for the altered Valentines Day cans here on the Creative Paperclay Design Team blog!   With the can above - I didn't use any of the Creative Paperclay embellishments like the can's in the link - this one was created using various different heart die cuts in random places across the can!  I love how this one turned out!  With this post, you will get the directions for the tags I made to go with the cans!  Since I mail the packages to them, I wanted something that was more personalized to each one!  However, I also wanted something they could reuse if they wanted too where the can's were concerned!  I wanted a card/tag that showed them how much I love them!  So, lets get started on creating the tags to go along with those one of a kind can's!    Supply list: Paper left over from altered cans Heart embellishments 3 pictures Paper trimmer Directions:  ...

I have been honored to be on the Creative Paperclay Design Team for the past few years!  I have learned much from my team mates, let me tell you!  My creativity has changed because of this product...and for that I am really appreciative!  So, I am trying out again - and this time have decided to do a video, to show you all how easy this product is to work with!  So, grab your favorite drink - and lets get started!  Blue/Green Hat I at first, was going to give these to my kids - but the package went before I could get them finished, so keep them I will!  I can always get something done for them for next year - that is more personalized to them!  I love how they all  turned out, and my tree really loves them!!   Snowflake (picture does NOT do it justice) Supplies used: Creative Paperclay Rubber stamps Silent Setter Xacto knife Cup White paint Luminart paint -        Pretty Peridot ...

I really love using the Delight product and molds - because each time I use the mold, the item created is different each and every time!  Today up on the design team blog (link below) - is an awesome, one of a kind key chain made out of Delight product, a flower mold and paints to match!  Go check that project out for sure - great for any beginner just starting out for sure!  Before you go there, let me show you another quick project I made, using molds and the same Delight product! I made a mini album to sell the other day, using the same papers as what I am using here!  I take what is left over, and create cards, bookmarks, tags, embellishments - anything that I can to go use up all the supplies of the project!  Since I have a few flowers that are already molded, it made this project go a lot quicker from beginning to end!   Supplies used: Scraps of paper from another project Die cuts in coordinating papers Card bases w/envelopes D...

As most of you know, I have 3 cats...they are simply my pride and joy, my fur babies!!! Totally spoiled rotten, they have personalities all their own...and love their treats, let me tell you!  So, I created a fun altered box - to put their treats in - you can check it out here !   My "altered box" I used for the project, was the box I got with new Creative Paperclay product!  I was very happy to see they changed their packaging sizes a bit - you now can choose from a 4 oz, 8 oz, and 16 oz package!  That way - you get the size you need, and don't have to waste any!   Make sure you check out my project on the link above...and see you next time!
