Creative Paperclay Design Team Post -

I have been on the Creative Paperclay Design Team for about 3 years now!!!  I love to create new projects - one of a kind things, just like my scrapbooking and paper crafting is!  I have gotten a ton of ideas from the design team I want to try out...and try to give back as they have given to me!  Most of them do more intricate projects, I use this more for paper crafting and things like that! However today's project - took a few days to create, but I am happy with the end results!  I love to bake - my husband loves to cook!  When I end up baking - I have the recipe card looking like it went through the wringer by the time I am done!  And notes - things I need to do...supplies we need, coupons - lost through it all!!!  So, I ended up creating a place where I can hang my recipe cards on, and keep track of all those supplies!!!  Next up - I am sure I will end up creating something to keep my coupons in until I go shopping!   I have instruc...

Project Life and Creative Paperclay

What does Project Life and Creative Paperclay have to do with each other?  Well, I recently got my order in from Stampin' Up - I had to order another pack of page protectors for my small album I am doing, and the insert is perfect to recreate with!  I am also working on some magnets made with stamps - and to do both of the things I am working on, you have to flatten out your Creative Paperclay product!  Tips are on the blog here - as well as a video here to help you out!  I will be sharing some fun projects on the Design Team blog this summer using recycled products - so make sure you check back often!   Thanks for stopping by, Lynda Jeffs Memories in Tyme and                                             Creative Paperclay Design Team ...

Fun Valentines Day Altered Can Project

If you missed the first part of the blog post, you can check out the directions for the altered Valentines Day cans here on the Creative Paperclay Design Team blog!   With the can above - I didn't use any of the Creative Paperclay embellishments like the can's in the link - this one was created using various different heart die cuts in random places across the can!  I love how this one turned out!  With this post, you will get the directions for the tags I made to go with the cans!  Since I mail the packages to them, I wanted something that was more personalized to each one!  However, I also wanted something they could reuse if they wanted too where the can's were concerned!  I wanted a card/tag that showed them how much I love them!  So, lets get started on creating the tags to go along with those one of a kind can's!    Supply list: Paper left over from altered cans Heart embellishments 3 pictures Paper trimmer Directions:  ...

She ended up with both that year!   Her birthday is on the 12th (mine on the 2nd)...and after seeing some of the amazing projects here with using stamps, I had to pull out some and play!  I wanted to create a one of a kind magnet for her to put on her fridge!  I can't wait for her to see it because I love how it turned out!!!    Supplies used: Creative PaperClay Xacto knife Basket stamp by CTMH Flower and leaf mold Paint of your choice (I used Radiant Pearls Paint) Hot glue gun Heavy cardstock for base (scraps are fine)   To start with - I am not going to give you directions for how to stamp on the clay - there are GREAT projects prior to mine on this blog...
