Birthday layout project idea

Happy Birthday left side       This layout was one of the funnest layouts I have done and wanted to share it with you!  The "birthday boy" is my youngest son, born on 12/26...he just graduated high school...so this is for HIM!  I had talked to Pebbles in my Pocket one day, and a few days later a package arrived, of tons of fun stickers for me to play with!  At the time I was living in Utah, and tried to get my "scrapbooking" endeavor out...to no avail!  When the package arrived, I knew just what to do with this set of birthday stickers! Supplies:   Cardstock - 2 sheets for the background                  2-3 sheets for the photos  Birthday related stickers Fine tip marker Happy Birthday right side Paper trimmer                                                 ...

Fun Birthday layout...

Stamping on your layouts - have you tried it yet?  This layout is done using a bit harder techniques, such as stamping, paper piecing, and using punches to create a certain look and feel.  I am one to like bright colors - so in this layout, I wanted to use the pinks from the Barbie packaging...  The layout turned out cute as anything - I can't wait to recreate using a different set of colors!  Supplies needed:   Paper - White cardstock             Background paper                                              Scraps for punch pieces and large balloons                      ...
This easy layout was done using stickers, 2 different colors of cardstock, and at least 9 photos...all in a birthday theme.  Very easy to recreate using many different themes, colors or whatever you can find to go with the cardstock and stickers that you use.  Or easy enough to recreate using punches and your own embellishments too.    In this layout, the stickers came together in one pack, with the Happy Birthday saying, stars, presents and cupcake stickers.  The photos were cut to the same size for each of the two sizes.  The borders with the sayings were matted with a red to bring out a bit of the sticker color.  Supplies needed:   Birthday stickers 2 sheets of colored cardstock 2 sheets of white cardstock Cardstock to matt photos with 2 eyelets (optional) can change for brads instead Step one:   Decide photos you are going to use for this project, and figure how many you need to fit on the layout....
