When you start to move out on your own, get married and have kids, you also have that other persons family to keep track of as well as far as birthdays and anniversaries are concerned. This is an easy thing you can recreate customizing it to the person you are giving it to! Pick out their favorite color, or make one that can go in the kitchen with colors and themes that they already have. As you start to create the item, you will want to have a separate page for each month, or 2 months on each page like January and February on the same page. This way you can always change that part out if you need to add more people or if you just want it to look differently!
As you start to plan things out - make sure you look at different examples of things that people make. Take bits and pieces of different things in order to create your own one of a kind item! I hope you enjoy this project!
