It has been a day...since Saturday!!!

You know, I have a way I do things.....because my health makes it so I need to do things a certain way...I need to eat small meals more often...  I need to watch my stress level, and I need to eat right, not a lot of red meat for me...   Since Saturday - it seems that everything that could go wrong has gone wrong...  Back to life now!

A few weeks ago, I had my Christmas in July blog hop - I have been trying to email the winner - Judy.... Miss Judy, if you would please email me at LyndaJinco at gmail.com and in the subject line put Christmas in July blog hop winner ..... your email keeps getting sent back to me, so please send me your address!!!

Scrapbooking is different things to different people...  Some use it for therapy, some use it to document their families lives for futures generations to see, some do it as a way to keep their memories down on paper, some do it just because it's fun, and others do it because they have a bunch of photos and they need to do something with them...  No matter what you reason behind scrapbooking is - it should be fun, therapeutic, and enjoyable...not stressful and ready to pull your hair out...  It should be about the memories, not the amount of money you spend on your supplies.

I have been scrapbooking for over 13 years now...making cards before that.  I would get involved with swaps, as it was a wonderful way to get ideas and see how others did their own cards as well.  Some were simple, some more elaborate...yet you could still see the work that others put into their own cards...and you could see the look in others' eyes when you would give them that wonderful work of art...

Scrapbooking is more than just putting your memories down, or great therapy, or even a great way to spend time with your friends or family...it's a combination of all the above!  It's about putting your memories down, and spending time with those you care about - in a fun environment...so your kids, and their kids, and their kids can see and learn from what you have made and done.  I hope you enjoy your day, and go scrapbook something, I know I am!!!
