Card Sketch Blog Hop

**If you are here for the "Things I'm Thankful for Blog Hop", please scroll down to the next post, if you are here for the Card Sketch Blog Hop, you are in the right place!**

Welcome to the Sketch Blog Hop. The purpose of this hop is to show how all of these talented bloggers can take the same sketch and come up with totally different cards. If you've never used a card sketch before, give it a try! Be sure to check back tomorrow as there will be some bloggers posting cards on day 2. So sit back & be inspired! If you just happened on the hop, be sure to go to the first stop www.craftycardgallery.blogspot.com so you can see the whole hop! Grab your favorite beverage and sit back & hop along with us

Now, here's our lineup:

For my idea today, I ended up with this!  I used a black card base, Making Memories sticky ribbon, and scraps of paper with 2 stamps to create this.  I used a simple pink and black color scheme, and a cute "friend" quote to finish it up.  Simple card to do - I used a lid from a coffee can for the circle part, using simple objects to create things you need is very cost effective, instead of thinking you need to run out and purchase a bunch of things.  Stamps can be used for both stamping and scrapbooking projects depending on what stamp you have and what project you are doing.  I love to use basic stamps on tags, with my alphabet templates, to create one of a kind embellishments, and plenty of other things!  By using sketches and scraps of paper, you have one of a kind - cost effective cards to give out to your friends and family!
I hope you enjoyed this hop as much as we have enjoyed bringing it to you!  Sketches are a great place to start to make handmade cards!  From there, it's all what YOU want to take out of it!  Enjoy!
