Welcome to the Sketch Blog Hop. The purpose of this hop is to show how all of these talented bloggers can take the same sketch and come up with totally different cards. If you've never used a card sketch before, give it a try! Be sure to check back tomorrow as there will be some bloggers posting cards on day 2. So sit back & be inspired! If you just happened on the hop, be sure to go to the first stop www.craftycardgallery.blogspot.com so you can see the whole hop! Grab your favorite beverage and sit back & hop along with us! If you are here from Ashley, you are totally in the right place, if you are just showing up at my blog, go back to the beginning at Jennifer's blog to start there!

For my idea today - I used scraps for the half of a circle part, a flower, and a bit of adhesive ribbon from Making Memories that I just fell in love with! The saying is a rub-on saying, which makes it so easy when you are trying to make something in a hurry!
I love taking basic sketches and making something completely different with it! Though the sketch did not show anything to do with a flower, or the ribbon even, I chose to use it to create a bit of visual interest - adding a simple flower with a brad in the middle of it to the top of the card. For me, the simplicity of the card design is what drew me into this fun sketch!
I hope you enjoyed today's card, as much as I enjoyed bringing it to you! Now, make sure you go and check out what Janet has been up to!

Love the fact you were able to use your scraps! I'm not too good at rub ons, though :(
