Welcome to the Things I'm Thankful For Blog Hop. This blog hop runs from November 18th through November 19th. For a lot of people, Thanksgiving has become a day to watch football, eat turkey, and watch the Macy's Day Parade. While these are not bad things, some believe the most important part of Thanksgiving is giving thanks to God for our many blessings. God was very much a part of that first Thanksgiving. Although some would say it was just a day of celebration. Historical records show it was a time to give thanks to God.The pilgrims looked at everything as a gift from God, even the sorrowful things they saw as God allowing them to perfect their character. So with that being said we have created this "Things I'm Thankful" blog hop to show you some things we are thankful for and some wonderful things we think of when we think of Thanksgiving. We’ve had so much fun creating this hop, and we have a wonderful line up with some oh-so-talented creators. You will see some lovely projects having to do with Thanksgiving and things we are thankful for and have a chance to win some blog candy along the way. If you have come from (person before you blog info) you are right on track if not you can start at the beginning (http:// honeybearzdesigns2011.blogspot. com/). I am so glad you joined us today!

This is
day 2 of the hop, if you missed yesterday - just scroll down to yesterday's
post and you will see the first part of the project!!!! Today's is the
rest of the project in general, so you can see how to put together an entire 20
page album in a 6 x 6 format! Simply tie the ribbon on the side, and you
have a great one of a kind album! If you need basic directions as to how
I do mine, check back at this post for the directions you will
need!
Each set of the pages here are made so they
are each different, yet they coordinate through the products that I used and the colors I used. I can
customize it as I go with the photos and things that I want to add to the
album of the time surrounding Thanksgiving.
It doesn't matter which products you use, I used the same items
throughout the album to create a consistent look throughout all 20 pages.
I also used stickers on some of the pages, as well...but they really went
well with the rest of the stuff I I had. You can't see some of the
intricate parts, such as the brads in the middle of the flowers, and on page 10
and 11 are some really fun squares that are attached with brads...they
actually dangle a little bit, and look really cute!
Thanks a lot for visiting the hop - I hope you have a lot this
year to be Thankful for!!! Now...for my blog candy... One lucky winner
will receive a mini album of their choice of a Thanksgiving, Christmas, or a
basic album... You must be a follower of my blog and leave a message here
with a way to contact you! Your album will be made with you in mind; you
will help me to pick out the papers and things I will use! Now, your next stop on the hop is Liz, so make sure you go check out what she's been up to!
