Templates and All About Me ideas...what a combo

Different
Alphabet templates can be used in a variety of different ways for your titles, I have shown you a few basic ways this week...today's is kicking it up a bit using brads or eyelets!  For me, I love purchasing 12 x 12 paper, even if I am doing 8.5 x 11 layouts because I can use the extra paper for embellishments or other aspects - "Different" is like that!
I used Chatterbox paper that has a pattern on one side, and the pink on the other side.  On the picture, I used the wavy and square frame from Sizzix and on the right side of the pink frame left it open so I could add tags to it with journaling about ways I am "different" as well as the definition of the word.  For the embellishment, I simply took flowers from the background paper and cut them out to make the little square.  Add your floss and ribbon to the tags, and the flower to the photo.  Now you are ready for the title.  After cutting out the letters I needed, I added different colors of pink brads to the letters, which were attached already to the background paper.  This gave the layout a neat look where the title was concerned in my opinion!!!

For the "Lynda Jean" layout, I stamped on the background paper with a turquoise Vivid ink pad and a simple heart stamp.  Tags again were used with words to describe each of the letters in my name - both first and middle!  I used a few photos of various looks - and for the title, the letters were put vertically with 2 or 3 eyelets in the letters.  I first cut out the letters, and then matted them once before adding them to the border.  Whether you use brads or eyelets, a few or a lot.....the look is just fun, and adds visual interest to your pages and projects!
So, for your challenge - again, make sure you share with me what you end up making, so you can be entered in my giveaway each month from all the comments made!

  1. Make a layout where you use either brads or eyelets to your alphabet title.
  2. Make a 1 photo, 1 word title layout that describes you. (or other variation)
  3. Do a layout where you describe who you are with the initials of your name.

Thanks for visiting, see you again!
