I am all for recycled projects - and using things that you purchase for other things... I had a cereal box I was going to throw away, and had gotten the inspiration for this project from this Pinterest pin! I had made another one, and love how they turned out...but this one, has the dividers I need to keep things in it's place! I really like how it looks on my desk and how it keeps everything in it that I need close to my work space... Each one I make ends up looking better and better - and the best part...can be changed into something that matches my room if I end up changing the colors of the space I am in!
Supplies used:
Cereal box cut in half
Cricut machine w/Ashlyn's Alphabet for the saying
K&Company Cottage Garden paper (two-sided)
K&Company Grand Adhesions Dimensional Stickers
Sizzix leaf stem x 4
Martha Stewart Crafters Clay Nature starter kit
I really like how this turned out - using the back side of the red and white flowered paper for the side piece and also the accent paper for the words on the front using my Cricut machine and the alphabet listed above! I used Martha Stewart's Crafter's Clay for the flowers on the side, and can't wait to get more "things" made for my pages, cards, and altered things I make, and a review for this little beauty to follow! I love working with new products - and the fun things that can be made when you put your mind to it! I hope you enjoyed my project for today - and make sure you come back often this month for even more fun things going on!
