Scrapping with Lisa Designs Design Team Project

Scrapping with Lisa Designs has a lot of fun patterns for you to use!  Whether you do digital scrapbooking - or paper...you are sure to find a pattern you can use in her store!  This pattern was a lot of fun to use - with a picture of our grand-kids on a trip through our hometown last year!

The file I used is the Summer Bear - part of her weather bear series!  The rest are digital files I happen to have in my stash of files!  With Lisa's designs, you can always use them as she has them, or make paper piecing patterns out of them and change the colors she has used!  You can do so much with a paper piecing pattern and scraps let me tell you!
Now, Lisa is also looking to bring a few more design team members on board...  You can find her on Facebook here, and here is a link to her blog!  Great way to get free files to work on - I'm working on Christmas tags, cards and layouts I can use at Christmas time - make sure you check back here for a fun blog hop on the 27th, with Lisa giving away an awesome prize!
I hope you like this project...check back for more fun projects, tips and products this week here on the blog with lots of blog hops for sure!
Until we meet again,
Lynda Jeffs

9-11 Tenth Anniversary Remembrance Blog Hop

Welcome to a blog hop devoted to the remembrance of the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11th.  If you just happened up on my blog, then you can go back to Tami's blog with is the    beginning - you have got to see all the wonderful talent!!!    The terrorist attack against our nation, which happened a decade ago, is a long time for some.  However for many, the day feels all too close. The deeply seared memories of the human sufferings and acts of heroism, which took place on that day, changed our nation. The nation was in shock when terrorists decided to hijack our airplanes and turn them into weapons.  It was beyond anyone’s belief that something so horrific could happen on our own soil.  It would be one thing if it were just the destruction of the Twin Towers or damage to the Pentagon and a field in Shanksville, PA, but almost 3,000 people perished, from the attack, leaving a scar on the sole of America. Americans came together as...
