Always Remember

My mom sews...and I mean designs Blessing Dresses (Christening gowns, depending on the religion you are in.....) like you wouldn't believe!  My daughter Terra's dress is one of a kind...but she does that with everything she does, changes some aspect of the dress to make it unique.   I get that from her...being able to take things and create it on paper instead!
Sometimes when you scrapbook, you find photos that you want to showcase...it should be about the photos, not the embellishments you use.  I've said it before, and I will say it again...after you are gone, and your family has your pages and albums...they are not going to look down at a special page and say "Oh, this paper wasn't a new style when she created this"!
The reason I say this is because it's truly about the memories, the feelings you felt when those photos were taken in the first place, not the embellishments you use on the layout.

When I decided to make this layout, I wanted it to be about the photos, not the embellishments I used.  But the embellishments used only helped make the layout...from the small hand sticker, to the sayings, this layout came together very quickly...and I used 4 photos!

The layout can be tweaked to be whatever you would like it to be...change it to be a birthday, or a special layout of one of your children.  Find the photos you want to use, and the stickers or other embellishments, and lets get started!

Supplies needed:
Cardstock (used lt green & yellow)
Stickers to match
3 brads
Circle paper clips

Step one:  Decide what sticker you are going to use for your title, matting it on one of the corresponding colors.  Trim 1" off the top and side of the paper you chose for the top of the bottom layers of cardstock to form your layout.
Step two:  Take another saying sticker, using the placement such as above, place 2 photos and then the saying sticker on a matt, but leave plenty of space underneath for the journaling you do.
Step three:  Either using your computer or handwriting, start to create the journaling for the page, adding it to the bottom of the page matt.
Step four:  Matt the other 2 photos to place on the bottom, as well as the stickers for the side.
Step five:  Place your adhesive on the back of the large photo matt, the other 2 photos and the 2 stickers;  place them on the page.
Step six:  Take the circle paper clips and place them in the 2 stickers.
Step seven:  Take the 3 brads and place them in between the 2 photos on the bottom.
