Wow - take a look at Newport Beach, California - where "SoCal sophistication" meets "laid back beach town"...can't think of anything better for my vacation this year - that's for SURE!!!  Newport Beach is sure to have just about anything for anyone - family or couple alike!  My sister goes to Newport Beach usually once a year or so - and loves to just sit by the pool and relax for sure!  As I was looking around, I made sure to check out this video - can you just imagine yourself there!!!                                                          

Take a look at the web site and check out the "Things To Do" section - so many different things to see and do that it just simply amazed me!  For me, I'm not sure if I want to go shopping or just sit down by the beach and watch the surfers and sail boats go out!   Plenty of shopping places AND beaches that I can go to just by checking out the web site!  If you have kids you are taking - they have summer camps for them...while you go and enjoy yourself!  Plenty of things for you to check out and do while you are there for sure!  

What I really like about the site is the search function to find things to do...simply add your dates you are going to the area, and it will help you with things that are going on in the area to help you plan a weekend that is perfect for you!  They also have a place where you can check out the local hotels - make sure you look at Hyatt Regency for sure - located close by the beach!  

Great special for families - buy one room at full price and get an ajoining room at 50% off for your kids 18 and under!  (Great vacation and kids don't have to be sleeping in the same room.......wow, I could handle this!!!)  With 26 acres - 3 pools and whirlpools, a ping pong table, shuffleboard, and a 9 hole - 3 par golf course - where can you go wrong with this fun vacation!!!  I know for me - I would love a FAMILY vacation - with all of our children and grandchildren...  A way to connect and get to know each other again...without drama and things from an ex.  I would love to take so many pictures and then scrapbook such an awesome memory album for all of us!
