Handmade Bookmarks -

From the time I was a little girl, I have always loved to read, I got that from my parents!  I remember being little, I would walk up and around the corner from my house with my best friends growing up to the library!  I would go home with an arm full of books to read for the week, then back up to the library again the next week for more!  All summer long!!  I then graduated to "chapter books", my first one's that I read - Little House on the Prairie - the best chapter books to start with!!!  I still love to read - and love to make one of a kind bookmarks to keep my place in those books I am reading!

I have two styles of bookmarks I love to do - tall and corner style!  The tall ones are about 2" wide by 6" tall, sometimes a bit larger or longer, depending on the piece!  The corner bookmarks are 2" squared - cutting one of the squares corner to corner makes 2 pieces to put on the squared pieces!
If you make them yourself - they can be created from scraps and left overs from other projects you have created!  The fun part about that - you can use papers you normally wouldn't have used - with embellishments you might not have used together!  Some of the funnest bookmarks I have made, have been done this way!

If you are interested in purchasing any of my handmade bookmarks, base price starts at $1.75 tall style 2/$2.50 for the corner style!  A discount applies the more bookmarks you purchase, choose between quite a few different styles!  I love to make these that will match composition notebooks, to keep track of the place I am at!  I love to keep a few on hand for small thank you gifts - just because kind of thing!  All invoices made through PayPal - and mailed out within 24 hours of receipt of payment!

Thanks for stopping by,
