Easy Christmas Gifts to Make

Christmas is coming - a time where we sit and give out gifts to our friends and family.  For the next few weeks - I will give you plenty of little ideas that you can make - that are fairly cheap to complete!  Simply add a little something extra and you are done!   First up - my all time favorite - a composition notebook with a matching bookmark!  Composition notebooks can be personalized to each person you want to give one to!  For an added touch - write a nice letter to the recipient on the cover - or on the first page!  Pick out your gift recipients favorite colors to create the one of a kind book - this one was made especially for my daughter because she loves blue!  By creating a simple bookmark to match it out of the leftover supplies, you can create a truly one of a kind gift for friends and family - without spending a lot of money.   Supplies needed:   Composition notebook 2-3 sheets of 12 x 12 paper or cardstock 2 sheets 8....

Being Grateful Challenges

This month is a month to be grateful for what you have.  There are times, especially with my past - I don't feel too "grateful" let me tell you!  Then I have to look at things in such a different manor than I did before.  Being grateful doesn't come easy - I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way!  What about you?   Do you dread Thanksgiving time because it represents something you might not have...like a family?  Or has life given you more than your fair share of things to cause you to feel this way - like me?  Well, it's time you change that now isn't it!!!  It's time you look at what you do have, and not what you don't...   My "Being Grateful" album - was done a while ago...I wanted a place to document what I might be grateful for...my intentions with it - was to document something for each day of the month of November - and put it in an album...this year, I didn't feel so grateful for some reason...  So, your chal...
