Hello,
Welcome to the beginnings of my dreams, Memories in Tyme, a place where you will learn all about scrapbooking, card making, altered items, and gift making! There will idea's posted biweekly on the blog, and I will take suggestions from you as to what you'd like me to work on also! Each newsletter will be geared to things you have in your day to day life.....as well as easy things to help keep you organized. You will also learn what types of items makes great gifts when you alter them.
For those of you who are willing to give me some feedback, I'd like to know what you want!!!!! I am giving each person who sends me their answers, a free downloadable class, available only to those who choose to participate.
1. Classes: do you want specific classes recreating the exact project; would you like to pick out your own items as long as it followed the guidelines specified; or would you rather be able to have a more broader class where you have a list of basic items to go with your chosen theme for the project? Would online classes ok?
2. Projects: everyone is in a different comfort zone when it comes to creating. If you are just beginning, you might want different idea's than you would if you had been creating for a while, do you agree or not agree? How much would you like done online?
3. Spaces: would you want easy idea's to organize your space, and to get more projects done? What would you like to include here?
4. Idea's: for those who do create, tell me anything you'd like to about organizing your page and project idea's. Are you (like other's) struggling to come up with ways to organize your idea's that you find not only in your books, but also on the internet?
5. Web sites: tell me what you do and don't like about internet sites you go to. Tell me what helps, and what you find totally annoying. This will help me in being able to plan the perfect site for what you need! What about "message boards", do you like them, or do you find them a hinder more than anything?
6. Newsletters: again tell me what you do and dont' like about newsletters, or at least if you are new, what you'd like'd to see, or what you feel is helpful for you as a brand new scrapper! Do you want themes, generic things, altered and gift type of items, or????? You tell me what you are wanting to see for future newsletters!
7. Tools: what type of tools do you want to showcase here, basic type of tools to help beginners see what tool does what, or would you like to see a bit of everything here? Die cut machines, stamps, templates, computers, eyelet setters, pens and markers and more! Tell me anything you'd like to see here!
8. Scraps and saving money: Do you want to see more about what you can do with your scraps, or how to save money at this craft? Let me know if there is something specific you'd like me to cover in this area!
9. Challenges and idea's: how often would you like to get idea's, once a week, biweekly or monthly? Would you like idea's to be posted to a website where you could go at your leisure each month?
10. Purchasing items made: let me know if you are interested in purchasing items made for a business, or if you are looking for projects to be finished up for you. What types of items would you be interested in purchasing: cards, bookmarks, mini albums, specialty albums, or a gift item.
11. Anything else: anything else you would like to add, or would like to let me know is greatly appreciated!
I want Memories in Tyme to be a unique place, where people can learn based on their style of products and projects...not mine! Thank you for your time, I appreciate you sending me the feedback to LyndaJinCO@hotmail.com putting Scrapbook Feedback in the subject line. Depending on the response, will depend on the type of class I will be offering for you guys for free! What I would like to do is give those who do give me feedback an exclusive class, only for you! I truly want this feedback from you guys, and let me know what I can do to make this what YOU are looking for!
Thank you in advance,
Lynda Jeffs, Memories in Tyme
